Johan Coenraad Ulrich Legner from Schiedam, NL was a Dutch
painter who has oil painting works such as "A rainy day on Biltstraat, Utrecht," (sold in 2013 via the famous Christie's auction) and "Gezicht op Schiedam," meaning "a view of the harbour of Schiedam."
